I’m a proud momma bear to three incredible boys. I basically juggle chaos for a living and I wouldn't have it any other way.  I know just how important it is to capture those candid moments—the shared laughter, the tears, and everything in between. My camera is my way of holding onto the fleeting memories that make life so precious, so that when I’m older, I can look back and see just how much these moments shaped our lives and how investing in myself was the best decision I could have ever made. 

Passion for Photography

Black Lens is a photography business that was born out of a deep passion for capturing authentic and heartfelt moments. As a young mother having professional photos of our family was a luxury we couldn't afford. It wasn't until I picked up a camera, looked through its lens & realized those professional shots I so desperately wanted were now sitting in the palm of my hands at any moment. It's a passion thing.

As a mother of three, I understand the importance of capturing the moments that matter most. That’s why I offer Fully FREE, Family Reunification Photoshoots for mothers and fathers who have fought to maintain their parental rights. Every other month, I host a special photoshoot to celebrate these families and give to those that could really use a good reason to smile.
